Tom Phillips has been a mortgage broker since 1992, and has extensive knowledge and experience in his field. Tom is hard working, has excellent work ethics, and keeps his goals in focus at all times. He has a down-to-earth approach, and an easy-going manner, and enjoys a good rapport with all of his clients.

Tom was raised in Saskatchewan where he attended high school and the University of Saskatchewan. Tom had successfully completed the Canadian Investor Funds Course in 1988, as well as The Canadian Securities Course. In 1990, Tom spent one year in Kyoto, Japan, where he attended an intensive Japanese language course.

Upon returning to British Columbia, Tom graduated from the Mortgage & Real Estate Financing Course at the University of British Columbia, and received his registration in B.C. in September of 1992.

Tom now resides in Burnaby, B.C., and although also on 24 hr call for their company, in his spare time he plays ice hockey with the Burnaby Organized Men’s Hockey League.
