Most of our mortgage services are free: we are generally paid a commission by lenders, so that you do not need to pay us. These include: switch financing, mortgage renewal, second mortgages, new mortgages, consultation sessions, and many more.
For a few products, nominal fees may be charged. This can occur when lenders do not pay a compensation fee. Keep on mind that we will charge you no fees without your prior consent. Please talk to one of our Mortgage Planners for more details.
