About the Company

The primary mandate of The Mortgage Centre - City Wide is to provide comprehensive mortgage services to clients. We operate under the provincial statutes of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada.

Mortgage Brokers - Fees and Services

For traditional conforming applications, The Mortgage Centre - City Wide will not charge a fee for our services to place a client’s application with a mortgage lender. We would be receiving a finder’s fee from the mortgage lender that we place the client’s mortgage with which acts as compensation for our services.

However, non-traditional applications may be subject to a lender’s fee and/or a brokerage fee charged by us. These fees would be disclosed and written consent received prior to them being collected.

In all cases, unless confirmed in writing, the client is responsible for any and all costs associated with having the application approved. This includes, but not limited to, CMHC/Genworth/AIG charges, property appraisals, survey certificates, title insurance, and legal costs.

Limitation of Liability

Information provided on the Web site is believed to be accurate, but there is no guarantee it is accurate, current, or complete.
