For the majority of applications, our services are at no cost to you. The lender pays us a finder's fee for bringing them a new client. This is referred to as a 'traditional application'. In the case of 'non-traditional' applications where we are not paid by the lender, a broker's fee will be charged directly to you for our services. However, in situations where a fee is to be paid by you, regardless if it is a broker or lender's fee, written notice will be given and consent must be authorized by you.
